2. Calculation Rules for Delivery Timeframe
Total estimated delivery time of the order = Dress production time + Actual delivery time (time from package shipment to receipt). All timeframes are calculated in working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Production Time Standards

Standard Shipping Orders: 5-10 working days (from the day of confirmed payment to the completion of order packaging);

Express Shipping Orders: 5-7 working days (production is prioritized to shorten the packaging cycle).

Delivery Address: Please be sure to provide a complete and accurate street address (including house number). If you fill in a PO Box address, you need to contact customer service in a timely manner to supplement the street information, otherwise, it may cause delivery delays;

Logistics Tracking: The order tracking number and logistics details can be queried on the "My Orders" page. After the package is shipped, real-time tracking is only available after it arrives in your country/region and the local courier updates the information; before the tracking takes effect, you can contact customer service to check the progress, and we will reply within 48 hours;

International Taxes: For international orders outside the UK and Europe, local customs duties and taxes may be applicable. These fees are collected directly by the customs, and we will not charge any additional related fees.
