1. Order Cancellation & Refund Rules
Should you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with our customer service team at your earliest convenience. We will verify the time of your cancellation request against the timestamp of your email and process the refund as follows:

- Cancellation requested within 24 hours of order confirmation: A 100% full refund will be issued with no deductions.

- Cancellation requested beyond 24 hours of order confirmation: In accordance with our platform's transaction regulations, the refund will be processed after deducting a 7% administrative fee from the total order amount.

Important Reminder: Timely communication is crucial for order cancellation. Delayed requests may result in unavoidable fees due to order processing progress.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

- Custom-made and oversized orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these orders. Due to their personalized nature or special dimensions, returned custom/oversized products cannot be re-marketed or resold to other customers.

- Standard-sized orders: If you are dissatisfied with your standard-sized purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return request within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- Accessories: All accessories are sold on a final-sale basis. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for accessory items under any circumstances.

3. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

2. You are required to provide clear photos or videos that detail the problem to support your return claim. Please note that we routinely take pre-shipment photos of all products to safeguard against fraudulent return requests.

3. DO NOT ship the products back without obtaining prior approval from our customer service team. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender. For partial or full order returns, please contact our customer service to obtain the official return address.
        Critical Warning: The address printed on the original delivery package is NOT our official return address. This address belongs to a transit hub or shipping agent that does not handle returned goods. Under no circumstances should you use this address for returns!

4. We only accept returns for products that are in their original, unused condition. Products must be undamaged, free from wear and tear, stains, or odors. When returning items, please include the following information: complete order number + return tracking number + logistics/shipping provider details.

5. All return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer. Note: We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

6. If a promotion code or discount was applied to the original order, the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the value of the applied discount. Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned products (shipping fees and expedited service charges are non-refundable). Additionally, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to high-value products with intricate beadwork, sequins, or embroidery, deducted based on the actual product cost.

4. Additional Return Terms

We shall not be liable for any costs incurred during the return process. Prior to the returned products arriving at our warehouse, you are responsible for ensuring adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit. We also accept no liability for customs seizures or additional taxes/duties imposed during the return shipment.

We strongly recommend that you retain proof of postage for the return shipment. We will not be held responsible for any misdirected or incorrectly returned items.

All returned products will undergo a thorough inspection. Once we confirm that the product matches the reported issue, we will initiate the refund process. After the refund is processed by our team, it typically takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment service provider. Your bank or payment provider may charge a small transaction fee. We will review and process the refund within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned dress.

5. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

1. Returns of accessory items (all accessories are final sale).

2. Returns of custom-made or oversized orders (due to their non-resellable nature).

3. Ordering multiple dresses when only one is needed, with the intention of returning the unwanted items. All dresses are made-to-order after payment, and returned dresses cannot be easily resold.

4. Ordering multiple dresses for trial purposes, then keeping one and returning the rest.

5. Purchasing the same clothing style in multiple sizes, comparing them upon receipt, and returning the unused sizes.

6. Returns of items that have been worn, washed, or damaged due to improper cleaning or care.

7. Refund requests resulting from incorrect size or color selections made by the customer at the time of purchase.
