Every gown is custom‑made exclusively for you. Once your order is confirmed, we will start cutting your fabric, and cut fabric cannot be reused for other orders. You do have a grace period to modify or cancel your purchase after checkout. Please find our terms below.

Unpaid orders will not enter production. If you change your mind, you may simply leave the order untouched.

‑ Cancel within 24 hours after payment confirmation: Full refund for the gown value, minus 5% PayPal transaction fees charged by the third‑party provider. We are sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. ‑ Cancel 24‑72 hours after payment: 50% refund of the gown price, your full original shipping fee will be refunded. ‑ Cancel 72‑120 hours after payment: 30% refund of the gown price, your full original shipping fee will be refunded. ‑ Cancel beyond 120 hours after payment: Only your original shipping fee will be refunded; no refund will be given for the gown. ‑ Once your order has been shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
